Zeko Mbumwae is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for INFRATEL Corporation Company Limited. Zeko has twelve (12) years of experience working in the ICT Industry.

Before joining INFRATEL, he worked as Systems Architect for the Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (ZAMTEL), Database Administrator for Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA). He was General Manager for the Zambia National Data Centre (ZNDC) before the transition to INFRATEL Corporation Company Limited.

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from Central South University in China; and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) Computer Science from the University of Zambia. He is a Fellow of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ).
