Terms and Conditions – INFRATEL 35% Off Microsoft Azure Services Campaign

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the INFRATEL 35% Off Microsoft Azure Services Campaign (“Campaign”) provided by INFRATEL Corporation Limited (“INFRATEL”). By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
   
   
2. Campaign Period
   The Campaign will run from 27th May 2025 to 30th November 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at INFRATEL’s discretion.

    

3. Eligibility

• • The Campaign is open to both new and existing business customers of INFRATEL. 

• • Participants must be legally registered entities operating within the Republic of Zambia. 

• • Existing customers must be subscribing to additional services or upgrading their current Azure Stack usage to be eligible.

     

4. Participation Criteria
   To qualify for the discount under this Campaign:

• • Customers must sign a minimum 12 month service contract for INFRATEL Azure Stack services. 

• • The discount will be applied only to the first six (6) months of the subscription. 

• • The offer is available to both new acquisitions and existing customers expanding their service usage.

     

5. Offers and Rewards
   Customers who sign up for INFRATEL Azure Stack services during the Campaign Period will receive tiered discounts based on their Monthly Recurring Commitment (MRC) as follows: 

• • Customers with an MRC of K74,999 or less will receive a 20% discount. 

• • Customers with an MRC ranging from K75,000 to K149,999 will receive a 25% discount. 

• • Customers with an MRC of K150,000 or more will receive a 35% discount. 

All services must be contracted directly through INFRATEL or its officially authorized partners. Discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. 

6. Use of Customer Data
   By participating, customers consent to the collection and processing of their business data by INFRATEL for purposes related to the Campaign, customer engagement, marketing, and future service offerings. Data will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Zambia.

    

    

7. Modifications and Termination
   INFRATEL reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via INFRATEL’s official website or other formal communication channels.

    

8. Limitation of Liability
   INFRATEL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of participating in this Campaign, including but not limited to system failures, force majeure events, or misuse of the services.

    

9. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
