On 12 September 2025, INFRATEL held the Back-to-School Challenge, a key highlight of the My INFRATEL, My Pride 2025 campaign. The initiative was designed to extend our culture of teamwork beyond the workplace and contribute meaningfully to education in Zambia.

As part of the challenge, employee teams were assigned to selected schools, which included Chainda Basic, Kabulonga Girls, Munali Secondary, and Chamba Valley Basic. Activities included mentorship sessions, digital literacy workshops, career guidance, and the donation of essential learning materials. These efforts created direct impact by equipping learners with knowledge, skills, and resources that support their academic growth.

The Back-to-School Challenge underscores INFRATEL’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and reflects the belief that sustainable development begins with investment in education. It also demonstrated the value of collective action, with staff across departments uniting under the campaign’s central theme, The Power of One.

Through this initiative, INFRATEL reaffirmed its role not only as a leader in digital infrastructure but also as a partner in national development. By engaging learners and supporting schools, we contribute to building a stronger foundation for the country’s future.

We invite stakeholders, partners, and the wider community to join us in advancing education initiatives that empower learners and strengthen communities. Together, we can build opportunities that shape the next generation.
