Yesterday, we had the honour of hosting the Permanent Secretary from the Cabinet Office, Mr Kalunga, Director Kabui Mpolokoso at our Primary Data Centre, accompanied by two esteemed ICT experts, Mr Simon Phiri and Madam Alice M Zulu.
