Stephen Ngala is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for INFRATEL Corporation Limited.

He is a telecommunications professional with over 24 years of experience in the ICT and telecommunications sector. Prior to joining INFRATEL, he worked as a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for inq. Digital Zambia. 

Stephen holds an MSc in Mobile and Satellite Telecommunications from the University of Surrey, and a Bachelor of Engineering with honours in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST). 

He is a member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
